After playing Division 1 college basketball in the Patriot League in the mid 90s, Ian Dombroski has continued to love the game of basketball. He has several years youth coaching experience as an assistant coach and as a head coach in Baltimore and in Howard County. He focuses on fundamental skill development along with strength & agility.
After playing Division 1 college basketball in the Patriot League in the mid 90s, Ian Dombroski has continued to love the game of basketball. He has several years youth coaching experience as an assistant coach and as a head coach in Baltimore and in Howard County. He focuses on fundamental skill development along with strength & agility.
Ian Dombroski was the recipient of the Richard J. Maloney Basketball award from the Holy Cross Varsity Club and was a tri-captain. He was also a Connecticut All State player in high school.
Our practice courts are located outdoors in Maple Lawn, Maryland. Other available local playgrounds and gym space are also often viable options. Basketball fundamentals can be practiced virtually anywhere and Coach Dombroski stresses the importance of ownership of the client's basketball skills development.
Coach Dombroski has experience playing, refereeing, and coaching youth basketball. In addition to high school and college experience, Ian Dombroski has participated in mentoring youth in the Police Athletic League in Baltimore City. He knows the importance of continuing development during the off season months and provides daily skill development drills and general strength and agility programs.
